Travel insurance is available and recommended to protect your travel investment. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top-flight insurance companies we carry.

Trip interruption due to illness or unforeseen circumstances can be very expensive, and medical care abroad is often not covered by domestic insurance plans. Also, an increasing number of countries require proof of medical insurance for travelers entering their country.

Planning any vacation takes extensive time and effort before the departure date ever arrives. We have a rate structure to assist with the time spent covering the initial consultation, research services, proposal and up to 2 proposal revisions if needed. We will advise you of our fee for your journey. Our Travel Research/Administrative Fee will be charged after the initial consultation, before proposal delivery, regardless of whether a client books a trip with us. When a client books a trip with us, this fee also goes toward travel support and the booking of the trip itself. The Travel Research/Administrative Fees are nonrefundable. This fee could be a minimum of $25 per couple or a one-time fee to be determined based on GROUP size. You will receive a separate invoice and this fee is NOT applied to your travel booking costs. 

Call us right away. Outside normal business hours, it's important to reach out to the respective travel supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line) to cancel any reservations you won't be able to utilize. If you have travel insurance, contact the insurance company's 24-hour line to initiate the cancellation process and secure the maximum refund possible. This proactive step can help mitigate any financial loss due to cancellations.
